As a Catering Sales Manager, you will fill a vital role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals through marketing and supervising catering services, meeting room rental and banquet facilities through direct client contact to maximize revenues and profitability.
As a Cook, you will fill a pivotal role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals through the daily operations of the kitchen food preparations for restaurants/outlets, banquet facilities, room service and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepare the highest quality of food products to exhibit outstanding taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues. This position reports to a Department Head or General Manager.
As a Guest Services Manager, you will fill a key leadership role with an industry-recognized leader in hospitality management services. You will coordinate the activities of guest service representatives, drivers, bellmen, telephone operators and night auditors to ensure high-quality guest service. Your experience and expertise will focus on maximizing profits, developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. This position reports directly to the Guest Service Manager or General Manager.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in the repairs and maintenance of the hotel, accomplish the preventative maintenance program as directed and support repair and renovation projects.
As the Sous Chef, you will fill a pivotal role by directing and supervising the efficient operation of food production areas. In conjunction with The Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items, based on standardized recipes while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation and safety in the kitchen, work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.
As a Spa Cosmetologist, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through providing professional facial and cosmetic treatments offered on the current Salon treatment menu to guests for hygienic or therapeutic purposes. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience.
As a Spa Massage Therapist, you will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through administering professional massage, body treatments and other spa services for the hotel guests. You will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience.
As a Steward/Dishwasher, you will fill a supportive role in your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel’s financial goals of the daily operation of the restaurant, banquet facilities, room service and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will assist the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment, utensils, and the physical work area.
