The Director Graphic Design is responsible for leveraging marketing knowledge to develop new creative campaigns for specific targets, while working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments. This individual must demonstrate a set of strong creative skills and a portfolio of work demonstrating a passion for design, originality, and a strong visual sense.


  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of direct graphic design experience is required.
  • Experiences in working with different design platforms such as digital and print forms. 
  • Extensive experience with Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, specifically with mockups, web design and multimedia presentation is required, as well as experience working with WordPress templates.
  • Shows creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to seeking outstanding results.
  • Excellent creative and innovative skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and effective relationship building capacity with internal team(s) at all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge of interactive design including best practices in technology, usability and user experience.
  • Ability to use strong analytical and artistic approach to solve complex issues
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks



  • Absorbs and applies constructive criticism from peers.
  • Creates visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media
  • Develops graphics for product illustrations, logos, and websites-selecting colors, images, text style, and layout, as appropriate.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Travel may be required.
