Job Overview:

As a PC/Network Support, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring hotel servers, server accounts, network, hardware, software and operating systems, as well as maintenance, service and repair of all equipment while providing guest satisfaction, cost control and profitability.

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10 PCs in a network environment or a related field.
  • Must be able to lift or move 20 to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
