As a visible member of the property's Leadership Team, the PM Bistro Supervisor serves as a key liaison for hotel guests, F&B Manager, and for the General Manager. The F&B Supervisor is accountable for directing and coordinating the resources, tasks, requirements, systems and processes related to the day-to-day operation of the hotel's onsite bar and restaurant, and for creating an energized and positive work environment that results in the delivery of exceptional guest service.
The Catering Coordinator is responsible for articulating and negotiating all details related to scheduled meetings/events requested at the hotel, including event specifications and payment. It is the responsibility of this role to work closely with clients on details pertaining to menus, set up, sleeping rooms, and up-sells where possible.
Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
A Laundry Attendant is a valuable member of the Housekeeping department and is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by processing hotel and guest laundry. Laundry Attendants use commercial equipment and perform all stages of linen processing, including, but not limited to, collecting, transporting, sorting, weighing, loading and unloading, ironing, folding, storing and delivering.
A Room Attendant will ensure that the highest standards for cleanliness, safety and sanitation are maintained throughout the hotel. They will respond promptly to requests from guests and, in some cases, from other departments, and will perform a variety of tasks to ensure a consistently clean, orderly, and attractive environment within guest rooms and public spaces.
