Job overview

As a Club Lounge Attendant, provide exceptional and personalized service to guests of The Club Lounge. Ensure customer satisfaction. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Be incredibly friendly, customer centric, love to smile and have FUN in a team environment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hotel’s facilities including but not limited to the Club Lounge.
  • Report lost and found articles and needed repairs of unsafe conditions to supervisor. 
  • Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Experience in a hotel setting preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills

Note: Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management
