The Pizza Cook will fulfill guest orders for fresh pizza and other various food items. This is a full-time position; must be able to work a flexible rotating shift to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job overview

As a Pizza Cook, you will fulfill guest orders for fresh pizza and other various food items. This is a full-time position; must be able to work a flexible rotating shift to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • At least one year of experience as a cook.
  • Six months of fresh dough experience (preferred).
  • A Florida food safety certification (a plus).
  • The ability to work in a fast paced setting. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain clean working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas and other food items.
  • Ensure optimal level of sanitation and safety standards in work area at all times.
  • Observe guest dining experiences; ensure guests are satisfied with the food and service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to any guest requests.
  • Maintain and operate all large volume cooking equipment such as a stone oven. 

*Other duties as assigned by management.
